Taliah Muhammad Recognized as CHAP Certified Consultant, Atlanta, Georgia -- October 7, 2025

It is with great pride that we announce that Taliah Muhammad is now recognized as a Certified Consultant by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). Ms. Muhammad has met CHAP’s Certified Consultant training requirements and adheres to CHAP’s standards for consulting.

Consultants renew this distinction every three years through continued education and practice in the specialty. We are excited to demonstrate our knowledge of the home health and hospice industry and our commitment to excellence in our consulting services.
