ClearPath Human Services Consulting Group, LLC (“ClearPath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional consulting services, compliance support, and access to the Mountain View Compliance by ClearPath platform pursuant to written agreements with our clients.
 

This Refund Policy is provided for general informational purposes. Clients should always refer to their executed contract, proposal, or service agreement with ClearPath for specific refund terms, which shall control in the event of any inconsistency.


1. GENERAL POLICY

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties:

  • All fees paid to ClearPath are non-refundable

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Consulting fees

    • Software license fees

    • User fees

    • Training development fees

    • Setup, onboarding, and configuration fees

ClearPath does not offer refunds for unused services, partial use, early termination, or changes in Client circumstances.
 

2. SOFTWARE AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Fees associated with access to Mountain View Compliance by ClearPath, including license fees, admin user fees, and employee user fees:

  • Are billed in accordance with the applicable contract

  • Are non-refundable, regardless of usage

  • Are not prorated for partial periods, cancellations, or pauses in service


3. CONSULTING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Fees for consulting, training development, audits, document preparation, onboarding, or other professional services:

  • Are non-refundable once services have been scheduled, initiated, or delivered

  • Are non-refundable if delays result from Client’s failure to provide required information or materials
     

4. CANCELLATION AND NON-USE

If a Client elects to discontinue or pause services:

  • Fees already paid will not be refunded

  • Access and data retention will be governed by the Client’s contract

  • Clients remain responsible for downloading or retrieving data as outlined in their agreement
     

5. EXCEPTIONS

Any exception to this Refund Policy must:

  • Be documented in writing

  • Be signed by authorized representatives of ClearPath and the Client

Verbal statements or informal communications do not constitute a refund agreement.
 

6. POLICY UPDATES

ClearPath reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
