While we strive to ensure that all guidance is accurate, current, and aligned with relevant compliance standards, our services do not constitute legal or regulatory guarantees.

 

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that ClearPath Human Services Consulting Group, LLC.  shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business disruptions, citations, fines, or license suspensions, arising from your organization’s use of our recommendations or deliverables.

 

All final decisions, compliance responsibilities, and operational implementations remain the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly encourage clients to seek legal counsel or appropriate regulatory guidance when making critical decisions affecting their licensure, certification, or business operations.

Terms & Conditions

As of December 22, 2025, ClearPath Human Services Consulting Group, LLC. stopped offering our traditional consulting packages.  On January 20, 2026, our monthly clients were notified of the change in our service model by email.  Now, all monthly clients will receive operational and compliance support via our proprietary software Mountain View Compliance.  Through this proprietary software we offer the following:
 

Operational Support (included but not limited to):

  • HR Functions (staff file management, credentialing monitoring, background check scheduling, staff training)

  • Client File monitoring

  • Progress Note monitoring

  • ISP Development

  • Quarterly Reports

  • Policy and Procedure Development

  • Marketing Assistance
     

Compliance Management Support (included by not limited to):

  • Corrective Actions Plans 

  • Quality Assurance Monitoring

  • Risk Management Monitoring

  • State Level Compliance Oversight

  • Federal Compliance Oversight

  • Accreditation Compliance Oversight

Electronic Management Systems:

  • As of December 22, 2025, ClearPath Human Services Consulting Group, LLC. dissolved its agreement with CCJM Solutions, LLC. to market their software www.123EZAlerts.com to our clients.  

  • All monthly clients of ClearPath Human Services Consulting Group, LLC. are required to use our proprietary software Mountain View Compliance for support.
